The course can be taken virtually or in person. The focus is on stress reduction through mindfulness techniques. You will learn how stress affects your body. You will also identify and practice coping skills to effectively manage stress and the general overwhelm of life. Using mindfulness and solution-focused approaches, it will be easy to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed throughout your journey.
This is the most popular service. Includes 60 minute Health assessment(valued at $350!) to establish 3 specific, actionable goals to drive treatment. We will dig deep to find your "why" and create an individualized plan just for you. Once your tailored-fit plan is created, you get a 1 on 1 session per week centered around your goals, access to a variety of virtual workouts that you can do at a time convenient for you, Nutrition planning, facebook support group and more!
